Susan A. MacDonald

Susan MacDonald manages the firm, from its infrastructure maintenance to financial management.  She developed the firm’s financial procedures in commercial real estate closings and regularly assists in these proceedings as well as other paralegal duties.  She has been appointed a Trustee of the office condominium, which she manages with two co-Trustees.

Susan began her career in the law industry working part-time while attending college.  She worked for several large Boston law firms training and mentoring support staff in computer operation and document production.  Attorney Carvin brought her into the firm in the combined role of Human Resource Manager and Office Manager where she also maintains all accounting functions.  Her organizational abilities allowed her to innovate new and efficient office and accounting policies and procedures.

Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and three children boating, traveling and enjoying a good meal.
