Donald H. Carvin, Esquire began his law practice in 1956 as a litigation attorney in criminal and civil law, personal injury, and domestic relations matters.  He also specialized in real estate law throughout his practice and was instrumental in closing many large commercial real estate transactions and numerous residential real estate matters.  Mr. Carvin was a policy issuing agent for all title insurance companies.  His agency with one of the title companies included signing up new agents, underwriting and claims management.

Mr. Carvin was a leading creditor’s rights counsel and represented large and small banks and private lenders in foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and workouts.

He was also a Land Court Examiner and prepared detailed reports for the Court and counsel on a myriad of title issues.

Donald Carvin is a 1956 graduate of Boston College School of Law.  He is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar and 1st District Federal Bar.

Former memberships and appointments include the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), the New England Land Title Association (NELTA) and the American Land Title Association (ALTA).  He is also a member of the Sharon Rotary Club and is a past president.

He is an avid traveler and regularly spends time in Hawaii.
